Let me be the first to congratulate you.  

I have a small complaint though...  I'm looking at 
http://www.chariot.net.au/~pschulz/ethereal/ethereal-dev-doc/book1.html

and going over the list of protocol fields you have there, and 
minimally I find the plugins (gryphon and mgcp) to be missing.
