Hi,

I have seen a segmentation fault occuring with tethereal 0.8.15
when it reads a capture file and pipes output somewhere (/dev/null).
The capture file holds mixed IP traffic (snaplen 600) and I used
option -V. It crashes at a certain packet (ICQ message is SRV_DELIVERED_MESS
or something). Weird: using editcap to make the trace smaller, I
recognized that the crash depends on some previous packets:
frames ranging from 211000 to 220000: segm. fault at frame 213339
               from 212000 to 220000: no fault!
               from 213000 to 220000: segm. fault at frame 213339
tethereal 0.8.11 does not crash here.

I can not decribe that behaviour much better since I only have restricted
access to the trace :o(

Is this a known problem?
