CMD shell, I was compiling it this morning, because a kind soul 
has solved the Linux problem with mini_ptlib. I wanted to try 
the changes on Win32 beforehand, so... 

The last time I tried to compile 0.8.15 I did so from the VC++ 
IDE and I seem to remember I had no problems there either...

Heh, that would be a "solution" ;-)

Chunks seem the way to go, no problem for systems capable of 
the one big chunk and a solution for those with the problem...
