I've just checked in a change that should map the old preference names -
including "mgcp.{tcp,udp}.port" - to the new ones, so that old
preference files won't cause complaints (it treats the first
"mgcp.{tcp,udp}.port" in the preferences file as
"mgcp.{tcp,udp}.gateway_port" and the second one as
"mgcp.{tcp,udp}.callagent_port", as that's the order they're written out
in the preferences file by the "Save" button).
