I've updated Packet Fence quite a bit. Apart from making the code more
structured, I've improved the pane resizing, as well as making the widget
not hog CPU when it has to draw a lot. This means you can scroll quite
freely without it clagging up.

The gzipped file is included to patch against a clean 8.13 (the name is
wrong I know). You can also go to http://www.hinet.net.au/~mvisser/ethereal/
