Ethereal is a network protocol analyzer, or "sniffer", that lets you
capture and interactively browse the contents of network frames. The goal
of
the project is to create a commercial-quality packet analyzer for Unix, and
the most useful packet analyzer on any platform.
Changes: A fix for a buffer-overrun exploit in the AFS dissector
(recently
announced on BugTraq), new dissectors for WAP, SIP, AIM/OSCAR, 802.11, and
GIOP v1.2, and other dissectors were also updated.
