Which capture utility is this?  I see a reference to a "SNOOPER"
application in the "download" section of their FTP site (but the
directions say you "boot up under DOS" to run it - I don't know if that
means it won't even work on NT or perhaps not even Windows OT, or if it
just means it's a command-line application for Windows); is it
"snooper", or is it the "[fcp]pipemon" utilities?

In what format are the captures?  libpcap format?
