Hi all Ethereal developer, I have encountered the following problem; I wonder if anyone can give me a hand.
I downloaded the Ethereal source code, along w/ GTK+, GLIB and WPCap development package and have everything compiled under MSVC++ fine.
When I run ETHEREAL.EXE, it complains that it couldn't find ICONV-1.3.DLL, I have been looking everywhere and couldn't find a hint to solve this. 

Can any of you please give me a hand/hint?
