Dear all,
the SCTP dissector allows now registering of ULP via SCTP portnumbers. 
Use 
dissector_add("sctp.port", SCTP_PORT_M3UA, dissect_m3ua)
for registering a M3UA dissector for dissecting the SCTP payload.
