No.  I by habit put things in the .h file simply because I haven't
decided whats exportable (and I generally think, philosophically, that
most stuff should be exportable if possible, because you just never
know).

I haven't looked at the krb4 protocol specs (yet), so I actually don't 
know.  Some of it I would expect to be useful, but I don't know what.
