I was wondering if there is a clean way of getting the offset in the
frame for the previous dissector in current dissector. E.g. for finding
the corresponding IP header in the AH dissector.

Since I am fairly new to Ethereal, I figured that it might be quicker to
ask then to search the code. I hope that that is OK.
