Hi

I just noticed that the version numbers in config.h* are not updated 
in the Win32 version... My copy still says

#define PLUGIN_DIR "/usr/local/lib/ethereal/plugins/0.8.5"

<snip>

/* Version number of package */
#define VERSION "0.8.6"

The first I can understand, that is a good way of preventing 
problems with the plug-in interface. The second is plain wrong,
my binary displays version 0.8.6 in Help / About Ethereal.
