The error message I get is this (from CVS this morning)
packet-gre.c
        cl /MT -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -Zi /IC:\tools\gtk-dev\src\glib /IC:\tools\gtk-dev\src\glib\gm
tk-dev\src\gtk+\gdk /IC:\tools\gtk-dev\src\gtk+\gdk\win32  /Ic:\tools\windump\WPdpack/include
Microsoft (R) 32-bit C/C++ Optimizing Compiler Version 12.00.8168 for 80x86

packet-h1.c
file.h(39) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'pcap.h': No such file or directory
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'cl' : return code '0x2'
Stop.

What do I do to resolve this?
