- Open a console
- Click on the MSDOS icon in the titlebar
- Click on Edit
- Click on Mark
- Click on the beginning of the area you want to copy
- Drag the mousepointer to the end
- Click on the MSDOS icon in the titlebar
- Click on Edit
- Click on Copy (or just press enter after you have finished dragging)
This works on NT, I'm not sure about Win9x
