I have uploaded http://ethereal.zing.org/distribution/win32/ethereal-20000404.zip

It contains capturing and non-capturing versions of ethereal and tethereal
Unfortunately, I'm still using the older version of WinDump's libpcap
(version 2.01). This code probably won't work with WinPcap 2.02. I need
to update my tool set.
