Nonempty HOMEDRIVE of the format "x:" and a HOMEPATH that's containing one "\" or several "\"s starting 
with one and no "\" immediately following another. The other values follow the same scenario.

After that, is it necesarry to change all "\" to "/"? This seems to be the standard in the current 
code and I don't know how everything will react to mixed slashes...
