The directories listbox does contain the driveletters for the networkshares.
Anyway, I just did a quick test. Thankfully I'm a local administrator on my machine so
I added a new user. I logged in and verified that there were no networkshares mapped
and then I did a quick test by opening the Open dialog. This time the dialog showed
immediately. Conclusion: networkshares slow down the File Dialogs when they open.
