I've checked that in; in the packet-list pane, you get

	Match Selected
	Follow TCP Stream
	Filters...
	-----------------
	Colorize Display...
	Print...
	Print Packet

(with "Follow TCP Stream" grayed out if the currently-selected packet
isn't part of a TCP connection), and in the protocol-tree pane, you get

	Match Selected
	Follow TCP Stream
	Filters...
	-----------------
	Collapse All
	Expand All

Perhaps, instead of "Match Selected", there should be something in the
protocol-tree pane to match the field the mouse cursor was above when
the right button was popped up, and "Follow TCP Stream" should act on
the packet the mouse is above rather than the currently selected packet
(and "Print Packet" should do the same).
