'all layers' would be fine (and indeed, that is how the sniffer displays
it), it just looks really bad with it being just the one layer. The
other problem it didn't have horizontal scroll bars, which meant the
text was just truncated. 

Perhaps some standard method should be to retrieve the COL_INFO text,
and set the layers extra-info to be that same text. That would yield the
most consistent appearance.
