Yes, because "doc/proto_tree" (along with "README.aix" and
"INSTALL.configure") weren't in "Makefile.am" in the list of files to be
included in distribution tarballs.  I've checked in a fix for that.

Probably not a bad idea if you're going to be doing a significant amount
of development.
