I've removed the symbolic link for bpf.h and config.cache and amazingly now it seems to find bpf.h if I run
configure. Very strange. 
Unless it's cached somewhere I don't really have a clue why it now finds the bpf.h and not the first time I
tried to generate the Makefile with autogen.sh. The only difference I see is that the first time I used
autogen.sh and the second time I just used configure.
