The future is here.  (Well, most of it - I haven't put in anything to
dissect the list elements of Solicited Status Response or Unsolicited
Status Response PDUs, and I haven't yet figured out how to distinguish a
Sequenced Data with Poll PDU from an Error Recovery PDU.)

It doesn't yet dissect the payload of the SSCOP packets as, say, Q.2931
yet.
