It is public; it's mentioned in the ethereal README. Perhaps I should
move the HTML to the page into the ethereal-web CVS archive. There's
no reason to keep it separate. Is there any reason to move the capture
files into CVS too? Maybe Gerald could work his magic on that page
(sample.html) to make it match the style of the new pages.
