I checked in a change that adds a file name field to the "Capture/Start"
dialog box; if it's blank, the capture is done to a temporary file,
otherwise it's done to a file with the specified file name (which is not
treated as a temporary file, i.e. it's not unlinked if you start a new
capture or if you exit).
