Hi,

well, having had a look a little more, I think I can hack up libpcap.c in
wiretap to allow me to write these things back, then I can write some code
that uses wtap_offline_open, then writes a header with pcap_write_header,
reads each record with wtap_read and writes them with pcap_write ...

Will take a bit more effort though ... and I really should have a
wtap_write_header and wtap_write routines ...
