Sorry I haven't gotten a chance to check the latest version of filter
code in CVS.  Has the filter code been completed for FT_STRING type
items?  In version 0-7.3, dfilter-scanner.l doesn't handle this type of
item (it falls through to the default in the switch on ftype).
