It doesn't have any dependencies. The sql stuff is some generic code to
access SNMP configuration information from a SQL database (like community
names etc).

If a program wants to use the sql functions, it has to load a database
backend (which is then e.g. dependent on mysqlclient or informix or
oracle...).
