I've just tweaked "acinclude.m4" to make the "configure" script say

	configure: error: Header file net/bpf.h not found; if you installed
	libpcap from source, did you also do "make install-incl"?

if it doesn't find "net/bpf.h".

Hopefully, that'll help people out if the problem is that they installed
"libpcap" from source but didn't install the headers as well.
