My changes also add loopback devices to the list of network devices in
the combo box in the "Capture" dialog box - yes, you could type the name
in yourself (and, on BSD and Linux, at least, you can capture from the
loopback device; it came in handy when trying to generate DLT_NULL
captures with which to test my changes, and would have come in handy
when debugging the Common UNIX Printing System code when I was trying to
get it to work on my home machine), but you might as well include it in
the list (it puts loopback devices at the end of the list, so it won't
default to a loopback device unless there aren't any other networking
devices).
