I just tried a display filter on a 43,000 packet file, and it
didn't block. Perhaps one particular protocol has a problem, and perhaps
I don't have that protocol in my trace file.

If your trace doesn't contain any sensitive information, can you
compress it and send it to me so that I can test it? gramirez@xxxxxxxxxx
