A couple of UI questions:

	1) as noted, it appears the only reason to keep the File/Reload
	   menu item around is the "-F" flag; it's not necessary with
	   "-S".  "-S" is described as "experimental" in the man page;
	   does that mean we should keep "-F" around, or can we nuke
	   "-F" in favor of "-S", and nuke "File/Reload"/

	2) After creating a "Capture" menu bar item and adding a "Start"
	   item, I kept the "Tools/Capture" menu item around for the
	   benefit of people used to it; should we nuke "Tools/Capture"?

Also, I'd like to put in the changes to make most columns (except for
the source/destination address columns) resize automatically when a new
capture file is read or when a "-S" capture finishes, and have "Info"
resize automatically even during a capture. (Those changes are at home,
not at work, so they won't go in until this evening at the earliest.)
