The script "autogen.sh" runs the auto* tools for you to create
the necessary build scripts. So, if you extract a new CVS image,
type "./autogen.sh", followed by any arguments you want
to pass to "./configure". Then you can run make.

This should avoid all those double-runs of aclocal and automake
and autoconf that we see when we checkout code.
