I was reading this document about CVS and autoconf,

and it recommends keeping the generated files out of
CVS (configure, Makefile.in, Makefile, etc).

Does anybody disagree with this? If not, I'll remove those
generated files from ethereal's CVS tree. It makes little
sense to keep them in there, since a 'make dist' creates all
those files for the tar file that is to be distributed.
