  - All of the patches that were submitted in the past couple of weeks are
    now in CVS.

  - Makefile.am and configure.in were modified so that wiretap will be
    compiled only if it's configured.  (Some of our machines are slow
    at compiling :) )

  - For the time being, the filter-related widges are disabled if
    wiretap is used.  (I'm not sure if this is strictly needed.)
