It looks like the first attempt at CVS hasn't gone over very well. When
I imported the source directory on my home machine, quite a few extraneous
files and directories were included in the CVS tree. This made it
difficult for other people to commit changes to the tree.
In order to remedy this, I've decided to start over from scratch. I
tarred off the old CVS root, wiped it out, reinitialized it, and checked
in a freshly unpacked 0.3.15 source tree. CVS should be easier to work
with now; if you're still having difficulty please let me know.
