New tool: WPA PSK Generator

A WPA Pre-shared Key Generator has been added to the site. It can be used to convert a WPA passphrase+SSID combination to a 256-bit pre-shared key used for encryption and decryption.

It can also be used to work around a bug in Wireshark 0.99.5 which prevents passphrases containing the colon character ':' from being used.
